Abstract A salt spray test was used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of pickling high-strength steel JSH440W phosphating film on its surface, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were analyze micro-morphology element content surface defects area sample after test. The results show that enrichment Si, Mn, O elements badly influences film-forming performance film. strip will slow down speed make thickness thinner, which lead reduction in this area, it is easy cause pitting behavior, paint fall off. Reducing acid-washed increasing roughness uniformity beneficial improving quality coating property steel.
